Questions about buying

• How soon will I get my license key?

  Our system emails the key as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. If you don’t see it in Inbox, check Spam/Junk.

• How many computers can I activate?

  A home license covers up to 2 of your own computers. Need more? Contact us.

• Will the watermark disappear from my trial project?

  Yes. After you activate with your purchased key, you can save the project you made in the trial without the watermark. Purchase reminder screens go away too.

• Do I pay again for updates?

  Updates are free for the life of your license. With a perpetual license you don’t pay again for new versions.

• I lost my activation key — what now?

  You can resend it from our license reminder. Reinstalling Windows or switching PCs does not require buying again. More about the activation code.

• How do I cancel auto-renewal?

  Use the cancel link in your activation email (usually two clicks). You’ll also get a reminder two days before the next charge.
